Gaza Spicy Salad (Dagga)
An authentic spicy Palestinian salad from Gaza, usually served alongside grilled meats, Mujadara, and traditional dishes. It is famous for its fiery chili flavor and rich olive oil.

Ingredients
- 2 Green chili peppers
- 1 Fresh tomato
- 1 Small onion
- 1 Garlic clove
- Fresh parsley
- Salt to taste
- Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
Steps
- 1Finely chop the chili and garlic, then crush them with salt using a mortar and pestle.
- 2Finely dice the onion, parsley, and tomato, then add them to the mixture.
- 3Lightly mash the ingredients together to blend the flavors.
- 4Add lemon juice and olive oil, then stir well.
- 5Serve as a spicy appetizer alongside main courses.
