Potato and Eggplant Tray

Ingredients
- 2 Eggplants
- 2 Large potatoes
- 1/2 kg Minced meat
- 1 Medium onion
- Salt, black pepper, seven spices, cooking spice
- Finely chopped tomatoes
- Tomato paste
Steps
- 1Deep fry potato and eggplant slices in abundant oil and set aside.
- 2In a tray, sauté the onion, then add minced meat with the spices and stir well.
- 3Layer the potatoes and eggplants in the tray, add chopped tomatoes and tomato paste until the sauce thickens.
- 4Cook until done, then broil the top in a high-heat oven until golden. Serve and enjoy.
